The firm was founded by James E. Keenan more than 10 years ago.
Jim is a 30-year experienced, NYU MBA educated RIA Team leader who has trained and supported to many successful Fee-Only Advisors.
Jim has since successfully transformed his transaction only business to an advisory management business leveraging his experience since 1983 in opening international frontiers in China and Russia.
James Keenan has started his RIA firm coming from Wachovia as a First VP, fee based advisor, Certified Investment Advisor Analyst having had clients all over the world particularly in the highest growing economies such as China and Russia.
Through painstaking trial and error, Jim built his firm, (with the help of senior management at Lockwood Investment) to a platform that is competitive with any environment that is available to High Net Worth Clients today
To expand his international expertise, Jim traveled to Russia and opened up an office living in country for over two years learning Russian and taking high level business courses. Having also had long term experience in China, Jim felt that these two markets comprise some of the greatest future concentrations of wealth and economic growth in the world.
Jim wanted to build a truly global environment and as he did in China since 1983 he needed to be in country for over two years growing and connecting with business and leaders in Russia to truly understand a truly difficult yet lucrative environment. This is the same process he followed in China, returning to the PRC, Taiwan and Hong Kong to get a truly “on the ground” knowledge of the future leader of the economic world that is the Peoples Republic of China.
